Why We Need You

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to manage the design of engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. As a key member of our team, you will drive the UX/UI strategy, research, and design execution for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to enhance user interaction.

• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience.

• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.

• Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms.

• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance the product’s visual appeal.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to align design goals with business objectives.

• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles in the development process.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.

• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design.

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).

• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus!

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
