Why We Need You

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist with expertise in the Asian gambling markets to join our growing team in Tbilisi. This role focuses on optimizing the technical infrastructure of our digital platforms to improve organic search performance and maximize visibility across highly competitive markets.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing professionals to ensure our platforms are fully optimized for search engines while adhering to regional regulations and best practices. 

What You’ll Be Doing

      Technical SEO Optimization:

• Conduct technical audits of websites to identify and resolve issues impacting search engine performance, such as crawlability, indexation, and speed.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and mobile-first strategies.

• Implement and manage structured data (schema markup), XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
  Market-Specific SEO Strategy:
• Tailor SEO strategies to the unique requirements of the Asian gambling markets, including multilingual and localized SEO efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with regional search trends, consumer behavior, and search engine algorithm updates specific to Asia.
• Implement international SEO best practices, including hreflang tags and geo-targeting.
  Collaboration & Execution:
• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of SEO recommendations during site development or updates.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure proper on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, and keyword strategies.
• Support link-building campaigns with a focus on high-quality, regionally relevant backlinks.
  Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Generate reports on SEO performance, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in the gambling or similarly competitive industries.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, Core Web Vitals, and SEO-focused development practices.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and their impact on SEO.
• Proven experience optimizing for Asian markets, including familiarity with regional search engines (e.g., Baidu, Naver, Yahoo Japan) and cultural considerations.
• Understanding of gambling regulations and restrictions in various Asian countries.
• Experience in Asian markets a benefit
• Experience in markets with aggressive government censorship a benefit
• Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Experience using analytics platforms like Google Analytics or similar tools for reporting and insights.
• Experience with multilingual and multi-regional SEO strategies is preferred.
• Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to assist with technical implementations is preferred.
• Knowledge of programmatic SEO strategies for scaling content.
• Familiarity with gambling affiliate marketing practices.
