Why We Need You
Were seeking a proactive Release Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our software and infrastructure releases. You'll help manage timelines, facilitate communication across teams, and uphold compliance — ensuring every release is efficient, aligned, and disruption-free.
What You`ll Be Doing
• Maintain and update release schedules in coordination with project timelines and business goals
• Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to manage dependencies
• Prepare and maintain release documentation including runbooks and deployment plans
• Provide timely status updates, risk assessments, and post-release summaries to stakeholders
• Assist in deployment activities, including monitoring and executing rollback plans when needed
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM and change management policies
• Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement efforts
• Help manage tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and CI/CD platforms to track release metrics
What You Bring to the Team
• 1-2 years of experience in release coordination, IT operations, or related roles
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment workflows
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps environments, and ITIL principles
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear, effective communication — both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Exposure to software development or infrastructure deployment processes
