We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all payroll and employee compensation processes.
Why We Need You
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and compensation accuracy for our growing workforce. You’ll be responsible for managing payroll systems, administering benefits, supporting compensation structures, and serving as a go-to expert for employee payroll-related inquiries.
Your attention to detail, knowledge of tax regulations, and commitment to confidentiality will directly support our people-first culture and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including salaries, deductions, and allowances
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and required documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Oversee employee benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, gym memberships, perks)
- Liaise with vendors and partners for benefits coordination
- Support compensation structure design, salary benchmarking, and pay adjustments
- Collaborate on payroll system implementation and process improvements
- Assist with employee onboarding and benefits enrollment
- Participate in audits, internal policy compliance, and ad hoc HR projects
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and labor compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and Georgian (professional working proficiency)
- High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with multinational teams or expat payroll is a plus
- Previous involvement in start-up or entrepreneurial cultures is an advantage
